Throughout the year, the quince tree passes through four distinct seasons: it awakens, grows, offers its fruit and finally prepares to begin again. This is the story of that cycle, one season at a time.

Once the flowers have been pollinated, the small fruits begin to form. Throughout the summer, each quince grows slowly on the tree, nourished by the sun and watched over with care. It is a time of growth, formation and gradual ripening.

The harvest begins in late September. Every quince is picked by hand and selected according to its ripeness and size. This is when a whole year’s work takes shape: the fruit is chosen with care and brought in, always respecting nature’s own timing.
