- What's inside a jar?
- Only quinces from our orchard, sugar and lemon juice. No preservatives, no colourings, no thickeners.
- How much fruit does it contain?
- 70 grams of quince for every 100 grams of product. It's an extra jam: the fruit leads, it isn't an afterthought.
- How should I store it?
- Before opening, keep it in a cool, dry place. Once opened, refrigerate and enjoy within 3 weeks.
- How does shipping work?
- We ship across Italy by express courier, delivered in 2–4 working days. Shipping costs €6.90 and is free from 8 jars. We don't ship abroad yet.
- How can I pay?
- By credit or debit card, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Payment is handled securely by Stripe: your card details never touch our servers.
- Can I get an invoice?
- Yes. You can request one when you order, as a private individual or a company: just fill in the billing details at checkout. It reaches you by email after the order.
- Do you sell to restaurants and shops?
- Yes. If you run a restaurant, a wine shop or a specialty store, write to us from the B2B area: we'll put together a dedicated price list.
